My stay at Club Mahindra Kumarakom was quite underwhelming. the location by the backwaters was lovely, but the accommodation and dining experiences left much to be desired. While the staff were earnest and friendly, the overall quality of food and room facilities didn’t meet my expectations.

After complaining to the manager, I was changed to a slightly better room. it was quiet spacious with a big bathroom, but still basic with a sofa cum bed at floor level!
